- Expérience en préparation d’offres de services ;
- Effectuer la mise en page, la correction et l’assurance qualité de divers rapports techniques et administratifs (orthographe, grammaire, syntaxe, ponctuation, etc.) ;
- Sens élevé de l’observation, de l’organisation et du détail ;
- Flexibilité d’horaire ;
- Offrir un soutien technique et administratif aux directeurs de projet et chargés de projet ;
- Minutie, autonomie et débrouillardise ;
- Sens des priorités et de la gestion des échéanciers.

- Effectuer des tâches variées de bureau et administratives exigeant une très bonne connaissance des procédures et pratiques établies ;
- Compte de gestion des dépenses santé ;
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en bureautique ou AEC ou équivalent ;

- Expérience de 5 années dans un poste similaire ;
- Expérience dans une firme de génie conseil, un atout ;
- Excellente maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office (Excel avancé) ;
