Reconcile data across EdgeCore’s systems (eBuilder, Coupa) and ensure accuracy of information regarding invoices, purchase orders, budgets, and forecasts.
Embrace a continuous improvement mindset by proactively exploring processes, tools, and technologies and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Develop tailored reporting packages for key stakeholder groups, including senior executives and the Board, to facilitate budget management and support transparency and informed decision-making.
Support the development and oversight of budgeting and forecasting activities across all of EdgeCore’s capital projects.
Support the preparation and presentation of financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Accounting and Procurement to review and approve purchase requisitions, ensuring accurate coding and budget availability.
Support underwriting and due diligence activities for capital raises, acquisitions, and new development initiatives.

3-5 years of experience in an FP&A, strategic finance, or related role, preferably within data centers, telecom, construction, real estate, private equity, or investment banking.
Understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP accounting.
Proven experience supporting budget cycles is highly advantageous and considered a significant plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience building or scaling FP&A processes in a high-growth or early-stage environment is a major plus.
Advanced Excel skills and experience managing complex financial models.
