  • Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, leaf blowing, setting up sandbags, and clearing drains as required.

  • Remove cobwebs from outdoor furniture, fixtures, and common areas such as patios, pool decks, and recreational spaces.
  • Support the maintenance and engineering team by carrying tools, supplies, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks.
  • Technology Investment: Work with the industry's leading tools and resources to ensure efficiency and empower team members to succeed.
  • Help set up and break down outdoor areas for community events when needed.
  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the exterior grounds, including courtyards, tennis courts, parking areas, entrances, and other outdoor spaces.
