- Standardize and continuously improve commissioning workflows, leveraging digital tools to enhance data accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
- Provide strategic input during early-stage planning and commissioning readiness reviews to ensure digital tools align with client and program requirements.
- Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
- Manage program budgets, resource planning, and digital delivery milestones.
- Mentor commissioning leads and quality managers on best practices for digital documentation and equipment tracking.
- Collaborate with commissioning teams to define digital workflows, data standards, and reporting structures.
- Build and lead a team of digital delivery specialists and coordinators focused on commissioning and quality workflows.
- Lead the deployment and operational management of the cloud-based documentation and equipment tracking tool across multiple data center programs.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for commissioning documentation and equipment lifecycle tracking.
- Develop and execute training programs for internal teams and external partners on the use of the proprietary platform.
- Monitor platform usage, data quality, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support integration with other digital tools (e.g., BIM, QA/QC platforms) to ensure a cohesive digital ecosystem.
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through automation and streamlined digital processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and digital commissioning trends to inform platform enhancements.
- Facilitate digital onboarding and kickoff sessions to align stakeholders on platform usage, expectations, and deliverables.
- Contribute to long-term planning and digital transformation strategies within the Data Center Quality & Commissioning organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Compass, CxAlloy) and their integration with commissioning platforms.
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely
- 10+ years of experience in commissioning, quality management, or digital delivery roles within data center or mission-critical environments.
- Proven experience implementing and managing digital tools for documentation, equipment tracking, or commissioning workflows.
- Experience with automation tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, Dynamo, C#).
- Strong leadership and communication skills in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of commissioning standards and best practices (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, etc.).
