Description

• Support, motivate, and guide your team so they can do their best work.
• Create clear short- and medium-term plans to help avoid risks and keep the project on track.
• Take charge of managing, coordinating, and completing your assigned part of the project.
• Make sure all work meets our goals for safety, design, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and everyone

Requirements

• Experience working your way up in a main building contractor is a plus
• A relevant engineering degree
• Strong background as a Project Manager, especially on large refurbishment or fit-out projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• 7+ years of experience after qualification
