  • Maintain and update supplier account records
  • Manage accounts payable

We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Bookkeeper / Buying Assistant to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role combines finance and procurement responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and values accuracy.

  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software Xero
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Clear communicator with both internal teams and external suppliers
  • Experience in bookkeeping (student or working towards a qualification welcome)
  • Organised and proactive problem-solver
  • Interest or previous experience in buying/procurement
