What you would be doing

  • You will support the SAP S/4HANA rollout project by representing the Quality department, ensuring the successful implementation of the QM module from planning to go-live.
  • You will create training materials (SOPs) and guide your colleagues through the transition, becoming the department’s master user for SAP QM.
  • By executing user acceptance tests (UAT), you will identify gaps and risks, ensuring robust solutions are in place before go-live.
  • Together with cross-functional teams, you will resolve technical and functional issues, ensuring seamless integration and data migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
  • You will provide first-level functional support to the Quality team throughout all project phases, including hypercare and ongoing system usage.
  • Your responsibilities will include aligning with local stakeholders and supporting change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout all project phases.

  • You have strong SAP ECC knowledge; experience with SAP S/4HANA and the QM module is highly desirable. You are confident in data cleansing, migration, and testing activities.
  • You bring experience working in a quality team and are familiar with quality processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience in training others and creating SOPs, as well as involvement in large-scale system transitions, will be an advantage.
  • You are process-oriented, analytical, and detail-focused. You bring a can-do attitude, enjoy working independently, and are a strong team player who can influence and collaborate across departments.
  • You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, IT, quality management, or a related field.
