As a Managing Quantity Surveyor you will deliver high‑profile UK infrastructure projects across rail, highways, utilities, defence, energy and aviation. You will build long‑term, sustainable client relationships and act as a catalyst for your colleagues' career progression.
Your responsibilities include account management—directing the team, enabling collaboration and providing career growth opportunities; business development—growing client spend, securing higher‑margin work and cross‑selling services; project leadership—overseeing project teams and commercial accountability; technical leadership—offering specialised advice and expanding legal and technical knowledge; and team building—creating sector‑focused teams and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading projects for UK public‑sector clients, holds or is working towards RICS membership, and possesses extensive experience with UK construction contracts such as NEC, FIDIC and JCT. Experience in business development or account management for major construction clients is essential.
