HSE Advisor

Description

• Implement and maintain Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Environmental Management Systems across commercial property assets.
• Deliver HSE training, facilitate consultative forums, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation, ISO standards, and AS/NZS 4801.
• Coordinate property risk registers and assist with audit preparation.
• Support site teams with risk management, compliance audits, and incident investigations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, incident investigation methodologies (iCAM/TapRoot), and return-to-work programs.
• Formal qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related disciplines.
• Several years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles within property management, facilities management, or construction.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
• Experience in commercial property, asset services, or real estate portfolios preferred.
