This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible)
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and familiar with title work, particularly researching recorded agreements filed by other renewable developers. While most of the work (70–80%) can be done remotely, you must be willing and able to travel to courthouses statewide for in-person research as needed.
