Assist in creation of Flows for automation to better support front end user efficiency
Assist in maintaining field, layouts, profiles, sharing rules and other back end elements of Salesforce.
Manage and resolve Salesforce user-submitted support cases in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and report on performance and pipeline metrics, providing data-driven insights
Assist in onboarding and training of new users on best practices and company-specific processes
Collaborate with other departments to support broader Salesforce initiatives and enhancements
Oversee contract and template management within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Administer lead & case routing rules to ensure timely and accurate follow-up
