We are looking in our company for a Director to lead the Tansport Division UK based in London or Dublin. This role plays a key role in combining strategy, technical expertise, leadership and business vision, ensuring the companys growth and positioning in the transportation and infrastructure sector.
- Manage budget, resources and schedules.
- Coordinate multidisciplinar teams and business development.
- Lead and motivate technical and management teams.
- Ensure that project are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standars.
- Identify new business opportunities in the transportation sector and define the vision and objetives of the division.
- Stakeholder and Client Relation: Maintain relationships with clients and international stakeholders.
- Control budgets and analyze project profitability.
- Oversee the design, planning and execution of transportation infrastructure projects.
- Define and execute the strategy of the Transport Division in the UK.

- 10+ years of transport experience, including 5+ years as project manager and/or design lead/ business developer.
- Experience in managing on-site teams, working in multicultural environments, and strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills will also be highly valued.

- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Track record in international projects (essential).
