Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures with paint/stain.
Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
Minimum High School Diploma
Basic Spray Equipment Operation and ability to Troubleshoot
Excellent Team Dynamics
Concentration on proper lifting and ensure floors are kept free of debris.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity.
Ability to effectively apply paint/stain coating to a high degree of accuracy and quality
Must work at physically demanding fast pace.
Strong eye/hand coordination. Standing for long continuous hours. Lifting buckets of paint.
2+ years of experience in the field of Paint/Stain application or in a related area
