

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
In this role you will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from vendor negotiations and purchase requisitions to ensuring audit readiness. You will create and maintain purchase orders and agreements, track deliveries, and close unnecessary POs. Collaboration with the OTC team on tax invoices for inter‑state and scrap material movement, as well as processing bills for timely departmental payment, will be essential. Proficiency with tools such as Ariba, SAP and VMO Go, coupled with a willingness to learn new platforms, will support continuous improvement and colleague training. You will also uphold audit readiness across procurement, logistics and finance, support Zero Harm EHS guidelines, and contribute to risk mitigation and MIS reporting.
Candidates should have a graduation degree and 2–3 years of experience in operations support, procurement, and logistics management. Strong knowledge of vendor management, compliance processes, and hands‑on experience with Ariba and SAP is required, along with openness to new platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills are essential, as is the ability to meet tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and compliance. A certification in supply‑chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is preferred.
