Tasks

-You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and winning work. -You will link and work collaboratively with peers across RHDHV in the UK and worldwide bringing teams closer together. -You will provide technical support, staff development and mentoring for graduate / senior colleagues. -Integrity: Cares about our clients, our staff and society as a whole. Creates integrated and pragmatic solutions for sustainable interaction with a high respect for people and their environment. Complete compliance with our integrity code. -You will lead on a portfolio of projects and proposals, providing technical input and working with other experts to deliver projects on time and budget and creating sustainable client relationships (existing and new). -You will lead and initiate the development of new methods and innovations including digital tools, both to improve project work and as services to clients.

What You Bring

-Have worked within / close to Flood and Coastal Management in a complex setting, for example in coastal management, business case development, strategic consultancy, development of methods & tools. -Brightness: Keeps an open mind to ideas that lead to the best solutions for our clients. Innovates and is eager to lead by inspiration. -Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills -Are independent and have the ability to lead and work effectively with a multi-functional project team. -Have developed strong technical coastal expertise, and have started to apply this to support clients -You will work across a broad Flood and Coastal Management (FCM) scope, including policy and strategy development, engineering, funding, stakeholder engagement and R&D. -Are adaptable and flexible across a range of projects and clients.
