Provide weekly cost and performance reporting using earned value methodology
Ensure all project data is being entered in a timely manner by project team members
Review committed cost vs actual cost and remaining cost against all purchase orders and subcontracts
Support project management with quarterly profit/loss forecasting
Manage forecasting efforts of cashflow, cost to complete and identify areas that require mitigation
Provide all additional cost reporting in accordance with client and internal requirements
Support financial team with accruals reporting and the invoicing process
Produce reports regarding labor, material, equipment and subcontractor costs and hours
Understanding estimate breakdowns and converting them into cost budgets
Work with the project controls team to manage internal and client cost management expectations
Support project team with change management ensuring changes are estimated and tracked in accordance with the project work breakdown structure
