Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas.
Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and restroom cleaning.
Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

Night shift
You must have experience in commercial building janitorial/custodial maintenance and cleaning.
You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods.
Third shift
Day shift
Professional appearance and communication.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., to bend, reach, and carry.
Weekend shift
Ability to work either mornings, 6:00AM, 7:00AM, 8:00AM, and 9:00AM - 5:00PM or evenings, 5:00 PM until 12:30 AM, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed.
Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
Must be available to work any shift as assigned.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.
