Maintain your stock levels with support from your team leader
Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits
Carry out minor remedial works that arise during the maintenance visit
Attend training sessions to further your development
Plan routine maintenance calls within your area
Maintain Fire Systems, Emergency Lighting and Portable Extinguishers in your assigned area
Attend weekly engineering team meetings
Identify any personal training and development needs to help you provide the best possible customer service

Highly organised
Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required (callout rota is currently 1 week in 10)
Have proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems
Engineering Van Provided - fully equipped to support your role
Hold relevant industry qualifications
Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
Have a full, clean UK driving license
Excellent communicator
