Solar Landscape
Transforms commercial & community rooftops into solar energy assets, leasing and operating systems with no CapEx.
Manage and develop commercial solar projects from early stages to construction-ready.
Facilitate smooth project hand-offs from sales to operations, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize tasks.
Manage and prioritize tasks and report progress on projects regularly to key stakeholders.
Track and manage project timelines and drive projects along the scheduling critical path to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource usage.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with management to create and manage development processes.
Stay apprised of the development process for various project types you are assigned (community solar, behind the meter, various locations).
Collaborate with policy, legal, and operations teams to track and apply key insights regarding program rules, contract requirements, and critical project deadlines.
Collect, organize, and categorize critical documents and information from the client on projects within internal CRM.
Manage internal request processes for proposals, site screenings, production models, and interconnection applications.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Document key takeaways from client calls, including action items and follow-ups, to ensure seamless project execution.
Evaluate client properties and portfolios to assess solar viability and summarize key insights for internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with sustainability topics, including solar energy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science/Studies, or related field.
Experience with solar energy design materials (drawing sets and energy production models).
Strong attention to detail across multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to evaluate and summarize data with attention to detail, especially related to solar project viability and client portfolios.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Earth.
Ability to drive high-visibility projects to successful completion.
Internship, coursework, or work experience in renewable energy, project management, or solar development.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Experience with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.), GIS tools (ArcGIS, Nearmaps), or energy modeling software.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Excel Expert are a plus.
Familiarity with C&I solar development, including community solar programs, utility interconnection, and rooftop solar construction.
Familiarity with solar contract structures (Power Purchase Agreements, EPC, etc.).
Ability to address challenges and provide solutions efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
