- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in all reclaim activities.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and thorough recovery.
- Decommission and dismantle HVAC systems, ensuring the safe removal of refrigerants.
- Handle and sort materials through the reclaim process.
- Identify and address any potential issues with the equipment during the recovery process.
- Perform tests on recovered refrigerants to meet industry standards.

- Able to use hand and power tools, including metal cutting saws.
- Able to operate pump down equipment for refrigerant recovery.
- Willing and able to train others in the reclaim process.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work with dust/oil.
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and their environmental impact.
- Able to handle and sort different materials.
- Previous reclaim experience.
- Type III EPA Freon Recovery Certification, or similar.
- Has an attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
