  • Oversee utilisation of external services (e.g. Morae/Document Services), ensuring quality control and timely delivery through regular liaison and feedback loops.
  • Lead recruitment processes for support staff, including business case development, stakeholder engagement, and interview management.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting new ways of working and embedding a forward-thinking mindset across the team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and mentoring with a focus on development, accountability, and ER best practice.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, ensuring clear documentation of actions and outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking out and implementing changes that challenge the status quo.
  • Manage team operations including overtime authorisation, holiday and sickness tracking, and return-to-work interviews.
  • Drive resource optimisation, assessing team capacity and workflow distribution to maximise efficiency across local and national teams.
  • Lead and inspire the PA/TA team, ensuring high standards of performance, engagement, and professional development.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including partners, business managers, and PA Services Managers to ensure alignment and proactive support.

  • A track record of leading change, driving innovation, and challenging legacy processes.
  • Experience in administrative support and team leadership.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and team development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Expertise in resource management, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and improving service delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business areas.
