Excellent understanding of solar racking systems and installation techniques.
Possess advanced expertise in all aspects of trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, sizing and other calculations, use of hand and power tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately.
30hr OSHA Certification a plus.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
Proficient in assigned pile driving techniques for steel piles.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Ability to read and accurately interpret project-related drawings and documentation including plans, specifications, drawings, schematics, diagrams, sketches and blueprints to ensure proper installation means and methods.
Minimum 4 years' experience in solar racking installation or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
