Lead medium to large multidisciplinary FERC regulatory projects with large staff.
Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare, plan, and review technical studies, regulatory documents, and related reports (CEQA, NEPA, ESA).
Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Build and maintain client relationships; support marketing, contractual, and technical meetings.
Present project work at client, board, agency, stakeholder meetings and conferences.
Coordinate staffing, workload, and deliverables across all project phases.
Track project financials and adjust effort to stay within budget and schedule.
Mentor junior FERC regulatory staff, technical staff, and Project Managers.

Minimum of 10 years related experience.
At least 5 years of project management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating/scheduling software, and project management tools.
Strong organizational, project management and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with various design teams.
