The Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and helps coordinate daily operational activities.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting safety, service, and operational issues; maintaining and distributing departmental information; communicating operational concerns with supervisors; and serving as the KRONOS proxy for daily driver and helper updates.
The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and additional software tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, payment processing, and implementation of operational projects; it also involves communicating with customers about service issues and with employees about scheduling.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, have legal work eligibility in the country, and no prior experience is required.
The position is office‑based, requiring routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines.
