Mentor junior architectural staff
Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
Create, manage, and produce projects in Advanced Technology, as well as other project types.
Generate work and create long-term client relationships.
Participate in business development pursuits.
Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.

Requirements

Registered Architect (NCARB preferred, but not required)
Bachelor’s Degree Architecture required; Masters preferred, from a NAAB accredited university
Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
8-12 years of work experience in architectural design and planning within core markets
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills
Proficient use of Revit a plus.
Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
