What you would be doing
  • Build and refine ICPbased audience lists through research, segmentation, and keyword targeting for social search optimization.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, and targeting to maximise ROI.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and tools to keep Worley’s paid social strategy competitive.
  • Share learnings and best practices across global teams to improve overall performance.
  • Manage TOFUtoBOFU campaigns, set up nurture cadences, and track from engagement to revenue.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to produce compelling ad materials.
  • Liaise with wider leadgen teams to ensure lead hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Plan, launch and optimize advanced LinkedIn campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Dynamic Ads, Text Ads, Conversation, Lead Gen, Retargeting), aligning with global brand and leadgen strategy.
  • Report insights clearly and regularly and recommend datadriven optimisations.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate LinkedIn efforts with SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword/audience research to build and refine ICP account lists for better performance.
  • Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPV, CPL, CPA, ROI) using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
  • Track audience engagement through to MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue attribution.
