Conduct market analysis, end to end sourcing, and supplier negotiations to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Manage supplier relationships and service delivery.
Support global improvement projects and procurement strategies.
Promote Health, Safety, Environmental, and ESG initiatives within the category.
Develop, implement, and maintain category strategies aligned with business requirements.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and meet procurement objectives and targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align on category strategies and sourcing activities.
Negotiate, implement and manage contracts with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years in Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience in procurement processes and delivering results against targets.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex change projects.
Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and ERP systems.
CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
