The Marketing Coordinator role in our Houston office supports clients in achieving energy‑efficient building solutions, protecting the global environment, and creating a greener future.
- Assist the Director of Business Development with tracking leads, developing team strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing all marketing information.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Possess at least two years of marketing experience in professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Have working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; these skills are a plus.
- Exhibit strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Maintain excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Show quick technical comprehension with a focus on client outcomes.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and work well both independently and within a team.
