What you would be doing

  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including but not limited to depositing checks, sending invoices, and following up on past due balances with clients.
  • Assist with billing, reporting, and collection of our recurring monthly and/or quarterly service fees which include management, janitorial, maintenance, and administrative services.
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Maintain/update the daily accounts receivable report that is used by the leadership team to show relevant current and aging invoices for our Westward360 PROS service division.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience with community management software (Vantaca) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suites (Docs, Sheets)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required - Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Ability to learn new accounting concepts and software quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Previous experience with accounting software (Quickbooks) preferred
