What you would be doing

Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including but not limited to depositing checks, sending invoices, and following up on past due balances with clients.
Assist with billing, reporting, and collection of our recurring monthly and/or quarterly service fees which include management, janitorial, maintenance, and administrative services.
Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Maintain/update the daily accounts receivable report that is used by the leadership team to show relevant current and aging invoices for our Westward360 PROS service division.

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Previous experience with community management software (Vantaca) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suites (Docs, Sheets)
High School diploma or equivalent required - Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Ability to learn new accounting concepts and software quickly
Strong attention to detail
Strong understanding of GAAP
Previous experience with accounting software (Quickbooks) preferred
