Description

• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of healthcare codes, compliance, and construction standards.
• Healthcare construction experience required (hospital, clinical, or medical office).
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and demanding client expectations.
