  • Lead weekly escalation meetings using discretion to determine which parts require senior-level intervention and customer visibility through AEO (GE Aeroderivative Engines Organization).
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of accurate part tracking in executive dashboards and visual management systems; ensure real-time updates are provided for critical customer requirements.
  • Conduct business reviews with the customer ensuring effective governance and KPI’s. Developing a weekly, monthly and quarterly operating structure.
  • Lead commitment acceptance of orders from the customer ensuring dates can be supported by the global supply chain.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to support allocation, cost, and inventory decisions, weighing trade-offs to deliver optimal business and customer outcomes.
  • Act as the single point of contact for part availability for Aero Alliance key customers responsible for daily management, issue escalation, and execution oversight.
  • Maintain a holistic business perspective to identify systemic delivery risks; take ownership of cross-functional resolution efforts with a focus on root cause and long-term improvement.
  • Identify, propose, and lead process improvement initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and inventory health, while reducing operational risks and systemic defects.
  • Resolve conflicting customer demands by applying sound judgment to reallocate parts based on urgency, customer impact, and contractual obligations.
  • Make strategic allocation decisions by collaborating with allocation leaders and balancing competing demands in constrained supply environments to optimize fulfillment outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator – Builds strong working relationships with sourcing, engineering, finance, logistics, and IT to drive alignment and execution.
  • Process Improvement Champion – Continuously seeks opportunities to streamline operations, reduce defects, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Identify and lead new initiatives to enhance material availability, process visibility, and customer responsiveness, challenge legacy practices and drive change across all organizational levels.
  • Apply expert judgment in evaluating obsolescence and part supersession scenarios; proactively identify and recommend viable alternates when prime parts are unavailable to avoid delays.
  • Exercise autonomy in driving internal execution across sourcing, logistics, receiving, warehouse, and shipping functions, ensuring accountability and responsiveness in support of complex customer needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle order and inventory management systems; independently diagnose system issues, provide training, and contribute to cross-functional IT upgrade initiatives.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Parts Fulfillment and or materials experience with cross-functional exposure (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics and Warehousing teams)

  • Bachelor of science degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, problem-solving, and driving cross-functional results.

  • Effective Communicator – Clearly communicates across functions and levels of the organization, including customers, leadership, and global teams.
