Follows all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that customer queries are handled in a consistent manner.
Supports the remainder Administration Team during busy periods or when team members are on leave in either dispatch, following up on Sub dealer repairs, including job card creation and estimate submittal etc.
Refers any issues/ escalations to Admin Team Leader or Customer Support In charge or Manager to ensure timely resolution.
Handles new projects, follows all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and ensuring that all requirements are met on time.
Processes local and overseas incoming shipments to streamline the process and reduce the possibility of errors or delays.
Follows up and always keeps stakeholders updated on their queries or service requests.
