The company’s automation and control solutions enable clients to manage entire environments with a single button, integrating audio‑visual, lighting, shading, security, building‑management, and HVAC systems for greater comfort, convenience, and security.

The New Product Operator works the second‑shift (5:00 pm – 1:30 am) and is responsible for mechanically assembling, testing, and packaging new products, particularly engineering and production pilot work orders, by following engineering drawings, visual instructions, and established procedures.

• Read and follow drawings, instructions, and procedures to assemble, test, and pack products.
• Set up, assemble, wire, install, test, and pack various electronic assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, cordless/pneumatic drills, and job‑specific tooling per SOP.
• Operate testing equipment including signal generators, multimeters, and power supplies.
• Perform work according to quality standards, safety procedures, and 6S cleanliness.
• Verify product performance per work, test, and packaging instructions.
• Upgrade firmware following test procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with various groups in a team setting.
• Lift at least 40 lb unassisted and maneuver heavier materials with assistance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 2‑4 years experience in high‑tech manufacturing preferred.
• Multitask in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
