Conduct of WHS/OHS management system and/or environmental management system audits, within the past 2 years.
Facilitate the development of a Zero Harm leadership culture within the business unit, that is focused on manger-led delivery of positive Zero Harm outcomes.
Facilitate professional and timely investigation of incidents within business areas or lead complex investigations utilising ICAM or equivalent methodology.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all Zero Harm related matters, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees.
Work closely with Line of Business leaders, contract managers and employees to ensure understanding and adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support delivery and implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy and ensure performance objectives/outcomes are achieved within agreed timeframes.

Practical experience within a Workplace Health & Safety or OHS related role.
A formal work health and safety qualifications (Diploma or Degree qualified in relevant discipline) preferred.
Trained in ICAM or equivalent investigation methodology.
Strong skills/experience in conduct of risk assessments and verification of site safety management plans.
