Conduct prequalification and shortlisting of suppliers through bid analysis, making award recommendations
Maintain all trackers related to the procurement.
Manage procurement process as client representative on behalf of Linesight Construction Cost Consulting.
Manage contract preparation, finalization and administration with rigorous attention to detail
Help the site team in closing variation orders raised by contractor.
Assist with the procurement and contract administration for a variety of contracts including architects, engineers, general contractors and equipment vendors pertaining to the construction industry
Prepare final contract documents for signature based on agreed terms with the contractor.
Prepare LOI/LOA as per Project requirements
Generate and manage project budgets, preparing and organizing documents required for approvals
Laise with all departments to conclude the contract.
Lead negotiations on pricing agreements with external partners using carefully prepared competitive benchmarking and trend analysis data

Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Have experience in pre-qualifying vendors and managing tenders for Capex construction services projects, with good knowledge of Capex contracts mechanisms
Have a degree in a procurement or supply chain management related discipline
Have an understanding of Singapore construction contract law
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
Are detail orientated and quality focused
Should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering and have at least 10 years of experience in procurement, Master’s in Procurement is preferred.
