Assisting and providing input in performance management when required
Collaborating with safety personnel and leadership to support mandatory training requirements of all employees within the Ecosystems team
Developing proposals and submissions to support client projects
Leading and acting as a champion for recognition and rewards programs
Participating in the recruitment process for new hires and transfers including the coordination of onboarding activities and IT setup
Overseeing the goalsetting and performance year end reviews process within the Ecosystems team to ensure Team Leads are actively engaging with their direct reports.
Providing and assisting Team Leads ongoing performance evaluation and targeted constructive feedback
Liaising and providing communication for sector leads, sector representatives and project managers to resource proposals and project work
Creating technical reports as requested
Participating actively in team lead meetings, contributing insights and representing the Ecosystems team
Providing guidance and leadership to up to 8 Team Leads within the Ecosystems team on the operational management of multidisciplinary teams
Maintaining positive working relationships with Technical Area Leaders and Business Centre Leaders within the Ecosystems team
Providing guidance and support on projects through roles such as subject matter expert or technical discipline lead
