Ensure timely collection of franchise payments and submission of required reports and documents.
Record and escalate franchise issues to Management and communicate approved solutions.
6.Issue Tracking & Escalation
Work with the Marketing Team to support franchise-level promotions and ensure brand compliance.
Track franchise-wise admissions, revenue, and monthly targets; identify performance gaps and guide improvements.
Maintain regular communication with franchise partners and provide timely support for their operational and sales needs.
Conduct scheduled weekly/monthly review calls and prepare follow-up action plans.
