The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that goods shipped and received are accurate, and that orders are packed and processed correctly, in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
- Perform standard work safely following all written and verbal safety rules.
- Operate forklift and/or pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure items are properly packed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
- Document and maintain accurate shipping records.
- Safely and accurately load all outbound freight.
- Manually load and unload trailers and complete supporting documents such as bill of lading (BOL).
- Identify, record, and recommend resolutions for product, process, or quality non-conformities.
- Participate in inventory procedures and cycle counts.
- Cross‑train on other production functions as business needs dictate.
- Clean and maintain the assigned work area.

No formal education or prior experience is required for this role. The incumbent must be capable of standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, communicating, hearing, and lifting up to 50 lb.
