- Ensures accuracy and completeness of all order documents before transmitting them to credit or customer service.

- Monitors department service performance metrics to ensure meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Pursues and communicates pricing authorizations outside the level of authority.
- Assist with processing customer price variance credits
- Performs analysis of regional and customer pricing trends.
- Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision
- Performs analysis of competitors’ pricing to determine the market-level price.

- Works with product management to establish pricing for new product introductions.

- Periodically visit with customers to obtain better understanding of their needs and regional market pricing
- Has an in-depth understanding of Daikin products as well as competitors’ products. Uses this information to properly position (determine correct size and efficiency) Daikin’s products and provide Daikin Reps with the best chance to win the project.
