Hands-on experience developing, tuning, and validating control laws for aircraft or similarly complex dynamic vehicles
3–8+ years of experience in GNC, flight controls, or related flight dynamics engineering
Exposure to certification processes or safety-critical system development
Familiarity with real-time implementation and verification on embedded systems
Strong background in control theory, dynamic modeling, and state estimation (e.g., EKF, sensor fusion)
Proficiency with modeling & simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, Python)
Experience integrating IMUs, GPS, air data, or other flight-critical sensors
Flight test support or hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing
