Roofing Production Manager

Description

The Roofing Production Manager role supports the Production Department through data entry, job planning, customer and internal communications, production scheduling, and material inventory control. The position involves both office work and occasional visits to job sites, offering opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Perform accurate data entry and manage filing, copying, and scanning tasks
• Assist in planning and preparing roofing jobs; field experience a plus
• Utilize computerized systems for office tasks and support warehouse organization and material fabrication
• Drive company vehicles under insurance and pass pre‑employment background and drug tests

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; Foundation Software experience preferred
• Work comfortably on roofs using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding; lift 20‑40 lb regularly, up to 50 lb occasionally
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication with professional phone and office etiquette
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and work well independently or collaboratively
• Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year roofing industry experience preferred; 1+ year office and service scheduling experience preferred

Benefits

Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑5 pm, with pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
