What you would be doing

- Remove spider webs off vacant suites-interior and exterior and clean entry doors.
- May assist with small repairs, i.e., toilet, door knobs, simple locks and faucets
- Assist Maintenance Technicians when directed by the Property Manager.
- Sweep and hose off exterior walkways, wipe down all exterior mullions and soffits, wipe
- Remove trash and debris from property grounds and clean entry glass doors.
- Check all vacant suites daily, clean as needed.
- Repair or replace lights/ballasts, replace ceiling tiles.
- Pressure washing of common area grounds.
- Assist Property Manager as needed.
