The Porter (Class A, Multifamily) works for Cushman & Wakefield, reporting to the Resident Manager and Property Manager. The role focuses on cleaning vacant units, common areas, office spaces, and model apartments to prepare them for marketing and occupancy.
Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of business offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, driveways, parking lots, dumpster areas, and other public spaces on a scheduled basis, as well as reporting any maintenance issues to supervisors.
The Porter must deliver world‑class customer service, address resident concerns professionally, assist with inventory control, and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Required qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably experience cleaning multifamily or commercial properties, knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents, and the ability to follow directions and complete tasks on time.
The position involves regular indoor office work and travel between properties, with physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lb. Compensation ranges from $20.25 to $23.82 per hour, with a full benefits package and equal‑opportunity employment.
