  • Maintain records: Keep accurate records related to operations..
  • Generate reports: Prepare reports on facility and administrative operations for senior management.
  • Co-ordination and support of the BAM FM Operations. Act as a first point of contact for support and information on facilities services.
  • Procurement Management: onboarding process, compliance and supporting documentation, site management support and record management.
  • Provide administrative support: Offer day-to-day administrative assistance to the facilities team and management.
