- Maintain records: Keep accurate records related to operations..
- Generate reports: Prepare reports on facility and administrative operations for senior management.
- Co-ordination and support of the BAM FM Operations. Act as a first point of contact for support and information on facilities services.
- Procurement Management: onboarding process, compliance and supporting documentation, site management support and record management.
- Provide administrative support: Offer day-to-day administrative assistance to the facilities team and management.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Experience of working within a fast aced office environment and previous facilities management administration experience is desirable.
