Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school or equivalent training considered an asset. Employers prefer applicants with three to five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas machinery.
The job requires physical activity including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, both indoors and outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations will be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base pay ranges from $24.58 to $33.80 per hour, with the exact rate based on location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) matching, disability and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. Benefits eligibility begins on the first of the month after 30 days of employment, and paid time off includes vacation, sick days, holidays, floating holidays, and volunteer days.
