Analyse tenders and bids to ensure value for money and alignment with client objectives.
Maintain strong cost documentation to support agile project management and timely decision-making.
Assist with dispute resolution and loss/expense claims in a transparent manner.
Provide full Cost Management services, including project accounts, invoice management, cashflows, cost reports, quote reviews, and change order management, working closely with the EMEA.
Support the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including claims, to secure best value for the client.
Participate in the tender and bid process from initial documentation through detailed analysis and reporting.
Monitor project spend through valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations clearly and promptly.
Manage the end-to-end change management process, ensuring all cost-impacting changes are identified, analysed, approved, and implemented.
Develop team capability through strong mentoring, leadership, and performance management.

Have experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun .
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
