Support sustainability program initiatives and tenant refurbishment processes
Support GMR Programs, 3rd Party Risk Audits, and Crisis Management Training
Utilise risk and compliance platforms including Edge, iComply, and Prism
Prepare annual Fire Safety Statements and relevant regulatory documentation
Monitor and update budgets quarterly
Conduct periodic building and plant inspections to determine repair priorities and safety requirements
Obtain certification from contractors and consultants for all essential services
Ensure building and employee compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and engineering best practices
Provide input for monthly operational reports
Identify and implement energy, water and waste conservation initiatives
Prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets
Maintain adherence to Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements (GMR) performance standards
Implement and maintain JLL's Planned Preventative Maintenance, TSR and Work Order Systems
Participate in auditing and management review obligations
Coordinate effective management of all property services and required works
Manage specialist contractors ensuring contract compliance and GMR adherence
Ensure Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety compliance including contractor inductions and risk management plans

Strong customer service ethic with ability to empathise with tenant needs
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Facilities/Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium Assets

Flexibility and adaptiveness to client and JLL processes and procedures
Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels
