  • Work with the client and vendors to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Follow guidelines, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
  • Verify vendor Billing and site Safety requirements are active.
  • Create POs and track billing and accruals
  • Manage and track projects and activities that happen inside and outside the building.
  • Use existing procedures to resolve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • File orders, proposals, department files, permits and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.
  • Collect information and generate work scope for projects and activities.
  • Acknowledge all client inquiries and generate work orders.

  • Writing permits (Hot Work, Safe Work Permits, JHA) helpful.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Mechanical knowledge for escorting vendors (Building Maintenance/Repairs)
  • Computer Skills (Excel, Word).
  • Financial background a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • CMMS experience (Maximo/GMARS a bonus).
