Strong project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, coupled with 12 or more years of experience that includes water and wastewater systems planning and hydraulic modelling
Expert skills in water and wastewater systems planning and network modelling
The ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle
Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals
