- Partner with R&D and operations to implement new technologies, qualify raw materials, and support new product launches.
- Lead process improvement efforts on the production floor, driving efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot recurring issues using data-driven tools (DOE, root cause analysis) and turn insights into sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate across Quality, R&D, and Operations teams to resolve customer complaints, maintain compliance, and keep the lab and systems audit-ready.
- Train and coach plant personnel on quality and process standards, ensuring smooth adoption of new procedures.
- Own the Change Request process and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation in Plex and SharePoint.

- Experience in writing and updating procedures, conducting training sessions, and effectively communicating process changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related STEM field
- Experience analyzing and documenting processes, developing standard procedures, and tracking performance data to drive improvements
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or laboratory environment with a focus on process optimization or quality improvement
- Experience using PLEX, database management systems, and/or SharePoint
- Knowledge and practical application of change management, risk assessment, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Experience communicating technical findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
